Charles, for the last 10 winters Gottfried and I have been neighbors on the small Eastern Caribbean island of St. Kitts. I am sure if you show up on the island I can convince him to make another plumb tart. He also makes great Weiner Schnitzel.

I am not sure how to respond to "outstanding". I thought my Viennese friend, Gottfried, had created a tasty work of art that I eagerly consumed. I also thought the pattern where the red plums had sunk into his crust made an interesting composition. I had not thought anyone else would notice. I am often surprised at which of my 2,000 images get comments. Thanks Michael.
