Description

This was taken from the 5th floor of the Radisson Blu Hotel in Berlin, German. The aquarium dominates the lobby and the whole hotel. Tourists can come in from behind and take an elevator through this gigantic fish bowl. Hundreds of fish are swimming in it. Divers in scuba gears are inside cleaning the glass. I have seen large lobby acquariums in other hotels but nothing as dramatic as this.

I am fascinated by the Water Lobby. What a fantastic view that must be. I wonder how many gallons of water this would hold? and what kind of fish were in there? how big is the whole aquarium? I will google and see if I can find out more. Love the photo.
